Dumpling Toy Co. works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when available.

Processing

Orders may require processing time before shipment. Processing and delivery estimates can vary by product, destination, inventory availability, supplier, carrier, holidays, customs, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Multiple packages

Products in the same order may be fulfilled by different partners. An order can arrive in more than one package, on different dates, and with separate tracking numbers.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided using the contact information associated with your order or through your customer account.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment has begun.

Delays

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, peak-season volume, or supplier disruptions can affect delivery.
